- Name
- City
- Available dates – a range of dates, or certain days of the week that typically work best for you
- Tattoo idea and placement, if you already have one – this can be decided at the appointment too, whether you’re interested in flash or custom
- If you do already have an idea of what you want to get, feel free to send me some screenshots of my flash (please see “Flash” tab) or any existing tattoos I have posted on my Instagram page. Please do not send me other tattoo artists’ work as a reference for your tattoo.
- Your budget (please see “Pricing” tab)
Once I receive your message, I will get back to you as soon as I can to schedule an appointment date with you. I require a $100 non-refundable deposit digitally (Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle) in order to confirm your appointment. This deposit then goes toward your final payment. I will send my studio address to you a few days before your session. I am always happy to discuss any ideas or questions you may have beforehand.
